Sanoma Learning is hiring an IT Project Manager to serve as a Stream Lead for a critical ERP implementation project. This is a temporary position until the end of 2026, where you will be responsible for the Integrations Stream for the S/4HANA Public Cloud rollout.
What You'll Do
- Lead and deliver the integration stream.
- Plan and manage the stream task plan, ensuring all integrations are identified, tracked, and documented.
- Coordinate integration design and validation with relevant teams and stakeholders.
- Manage the development process according to the defined delivery model.
- Report upwards to the PMO and Project Director.
- Lead, coach, and steer the integration team in executing the project plan.
- Manage cross-stream dependencies and coordinate cross-stream topics.
- Monitor budget, validate schedules, and manage resources.
- Participate in release/roll-out and scope management, including change requests.
- Participate in issue and risk management.
- Manage the quality of the stream and monitor expectations.
- Manage change and internal communication.
- Manage acceptance of deliverables, including specifications and documentation.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years of solid experience in IT integration delivery.
- SAP integration development and delivery skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Experience with European-wide technology implementation projects.

- Finnish and Spanish language skills.

Team & Environment
You will serve as the Integrations Stream Lead, collaborating with Process Streams, extended projects, the Sanoma Intelligent Automations team, partners, and external suppliers. You will report directly to the Project Director.
