Rothmans, Benson & Hedges Inc. (RBH), a subsidiary of Philip Morris International, is hiring a Territory Executive (Volant) for the South-West region of France. In this role, you will be the commercial face of PMI, building direct relationships with retailers, tobacconists, and convenience stores to drive sales and ensure flawless commercial execution in your assigned zone.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of retail outlets in your assigned sector.
- Ensure optimal visibility and availability of our products.
- Negotiate and place our promotional and merchandising tools.
- Train and develop our retail partners.
- Build a personalized action plan for each retail point.
- Create a relationship of trust with local managers and decision-makers.
- Monitor your performance indicators, including volume, market share, and execution.
- Identify and act on local growth opportunities.
- Share best practices with colleagues and managers.
What We're Looking For
- 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or network management.
- A passion for customer relationships, B2B sales, and negotiation.
- Strong autonomy, organization skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including empathy, listening, and persuasion.
