Cherry Technologies, Inc. is hiring a Territory Development Manager to own and grow our presence in the Boston market. In this hybrid sales role, you will focus on developing, retaining, and growing elective medical practices that utilize Cherry's Buy Now, Pay Later solution. You will join a high-performance sales team reshaping how patients pay for their care.
What You'll Do
- Develop strong relationships with partner practices to retain and grow their transaction volume.
- Provide training and marketing enablement to practice staff to help them grow their business using our payment plan technology.
- Engage all partner practices in your territory regularly to build excitement and increase transaction levels.
- Strengthen Cherry's market position by actively seeking referrals from existing partners.
- Solicit product and service feedback from partners to drive future success.
- Take ownership of your assigned territory to make Cherry the ubiquitous solution.
- Accurately forecast expected sales volume on a regular basis.
- Log and track all sales interactions in the Customer Relationship Management system.
- Organize and optimize your sales engagement cadence using technology tools and data analytics.
- Rapidly adapt your sales approach to different types of medical practices.
- Travel and attend industry events and trade shows as needed.
- Continuously improve your sales approach by seeking feedback, learning new methods, and experimenting.
What We're Looking For
- 2-4+ years of sales experience focused on elective medical, aesthetic, or dental practices.
- A proven track record as a top performer who meets or exceeds sales quotas.
- Ability to effectively engage clients both over the phone and in person.
- An independent, self-starting worker with a proven ability to exceed expectations in a remote environment.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management tools, with Salesforce preferred.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, ever-changing environment filled with friendly competition.
Nice to Have
- A mix of field and inside sales experience.
- Experience using cloud-based communication tools like Slack, cloud-based VoIP telephony, and Zoom.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid role based in Boston, with an expected 80% field sales and 20% inside sales split.
