Position Overview
This role is responsible for expanding business within a defined region by cultivating relationships with healthcare providers and supporting the strategic adoption of client products. The Territory Business Manager operates with a high level of autonomy, combining field-based sales expertise with data-driven planning to enhance market performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and strengthen relationships with key healthcare stakeholders across the assigned territory.
- Create and implement a localized business strategy focused on growth, including tactical execution and performance tracking.
- Educate medical professionals and office staff on client products to support increased awareness and appropriate utilization.
- Map and support the patient journey using available tools and resources to improve access and outcomes.
- Apply consultative selling techniques, clinical knowledge, and account planning to deliver tailored solutions.
- Analyze market trends and performance data to identify priorities and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons, reimbursement specialists, and managed markets teams in a compliant, coordinated manner.
- Maintain consistent communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure service excellence.
- Travel frequently—up to 90% of the time—with readiness to deploy temporarily (up to three months) to support uncovered areas.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales with a track record of success.
- Demonstrated ability to travel extensively and adapt to changing field assignments.
- Capacity to represent clients professionally and maintain compliance in all interactions.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and territory visibility.
- Ability to work independently while aligning with broader team objectives.
