Responsibilities
- Meet yearly sales targets by effectively managing and addressing customer requirements in the designated region.
- Serve as the main point of contact for Tier A, B, and C customer accounts.
- Partner with Key Account Managers to identify and support high-priority Tier A clients.
- Manage all stages of the sales cycle for assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with Operations Support and Customer Service teams to enhance account value.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within current accounts.
- Work with marketing and product development teams to create growth strategies for accounts.
- Stay informed on industry developments and competitive dynamics.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Conduct consultative selling and promote company offerings within the territory.
- Create and update a territory coverage plan in coordination with the Regional Manager.
- Deliver consistent service and support to key accounts.
- Present core products accurately as directed by leadership.
- Maintain regular communication with all members of the local territory team.
- Concentrate on growing and managing key accounts in partnership with their KAM.
- Provide product training sessions when necessary to ensure client success.
- Share timely market insights on products, competitors, and market conditions with management.
- Gather and maintain intelligence on local competitors and distribution channels.
- Track, update, and report reasons for lost business with accuracy.
- Propose ideas that support growth at the territory, business unit, and organizational levels.
- Ensure all sales activities and opportunities are recorded and monitored in Salesforce.
- Keep thorough and up-to-date records in Salesforce to support account reviews and data integrity.
- Lead problem-solving efforts within the team and across departments.
- Adapt quickly to shifts in internal and external conditions and advocate for new initiatives.

- Ensure all activities and opportunities are entered and tracked in SFDC to allow increased visibility.
- Maintain detailed records in SalesForce.com to provide account updates and support ongoing review of the customer master file.
- Leads and facilitates problem solving within team and across cross-functional areas.
- Recognizes and rapidly responds to changes in internal/external environment; stimulates change and champions new initiatives.
