Dexcom Corporation is hiring a Territory Business Manager to represent our company and its diabetes care solutions in the Redding, CA area. In this role, you will call on physicians, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other institutions, providing technical expertise to support and expand the use of Dexcom products.
What You'll Do
- Influence and support physicians, nurses, healthcare professionals, and durable medical equipment providers to prescribe Dexcom products.
- Train healthcare professionals to use Dexcom products and integrate them into their practice.
- Represent Dexcom at local, regional, and national trade shows and diabetes exhibits.
- Provide education on Dexcom products to pharmacies within your assigned territory.
- Partner with market access, trade, government affairs, and sales teams to facilitate territory sales growth.
- Increase Dexcom's market share and meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Implement Dexcom strategy and monitor progress using analytical tools.
- Be accountable for meeting assigned territory sales goals.
- Complete all administrative requirements in a timely fashion.
What We're Looking For
- Possession of a valid state driver's license, automobile insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5–8 years of related experience.
Nice to Have
- Previous medical and pharmaceutical sales experience with a high sales success track record.
- Diabetes disease state knowledge.
Team & Environment
Requires significant teamwork and collaboration with district and territory sales teams.

- Compensation range: $87,000.00 - $145,000.00.
