NeoGenomics is hiring a Territory Business Manager - Long Island

About the Role

This role is responsible for expanding market presence through strategic account management and new business development within an assigned geography, primarily engaging physicians, pathologists, and laboratory decision-makers to support patient care through advanced genomic testing.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target high-potential oncology practices and medical institutions
  • Conduct in-person and virtual presentations to clinicians and lab staff
  • Educate healthcare professionals on test offerings and clinical applications
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with medical affairs and technical teams to address client inquiries
  • Track and report sales activities and market intelligence
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of oncology diagnostics and industry trends
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Participate in regional and national sales meetings
  • Respond to requests for proposal and contract negotiations
  • Support marketing initiatives tailored to the region
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate policies
  • Manage territory using CRM tools and sales forecasting systems
  • Advocate for customer needs internally
