Michelin is hiring a Territory Business Manager for the Beyond Road division covering Northeast England and East of England. You will be responsible for nurturing existing dealer and end-user relationships while actively seeking new business opportunities, using your industry expertise to build trust and deliver tailored technical solutions.
What You'll Do
- Nurture existing dealer and end-user relationships.
- Actively seek out new business opportunities across the Northeast and East of England.
- Build trust and credibility with customers in specialist sectors.
- Use industry knowledge to understand customer technical needs and deliver tailored solutions from the product and service portfolio.
- Keep a close eye on competitor activity.
- Contribute to strategic lead generation.
- Confidently position the company's offering against others in the market.
- Troubleshoot product challenges.
- Pitch the company's value proposition.
- Drive growth and deliver results.
What We're Looking For
- A technical background in agriculture, mining, or construction.
- Proven B2B sales experience with a strong track record.
- Enthusiasm for technical content and the ability to communicate it clearly.
- A customer-first mindset and strong listening skills.
- Independence, resilience, and excellent organisational skills.
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight when needed.
- A full UK driving licence.
- The right to work in the UK.

- Ideally based near Yorkshire, Leeds or Harrogate.
