About the Role

Michelin is hiring a Territory Business Manager for the Beyond Road division covering Northeast England and East of England. You will be responsible for nurturing existing dealer and end-user relationships while actively seeking new business opportunities, using your industry expertise to build trust and deliver tailored technical solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Nurture existing dealer and end-user relationships.
  • Actively seek out new business opportunities across the Northeast and East of England.
  • Build trust and credibility with customers in specialist sectors.
  • Use industry knowledge to understand customer technical needs and deliver tailored solutions from the product and service portfolio.
  • Keep a close eye on competitor activity.
  • Contribute to strategic lead generation.
  • Confidently position the company's offering against others in the market.
  • Troubleshoot product challenges.
  • Pitch the company's value proposition.
  • Drive growth and deliver results.

What We're Looking For

  • A technical background in agriculture, mining, or construction.
  • Proven B2B sales experience with a strong track record.
  • Enthusiasm for technical content and the ability to communicate it clearly.
  • A customer-first mindset and strong listening skills.
  • Independence, resilience, and excellent organisational skills.
  • Willingness to travel and stay overnight when needed.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • The right to work in the UK.

Nice to Have

  • Ideally based near Yorkshire, Leeds or Harrogate.
