Join Solenis as a Territory Account Manager (Pulp & Paper) to drive growth and build partnerships with leading paper manufacturers in Thailand. In this role, you will deliver high-impact chemical solutions that enhance production efficiency, quality, and sustainability for key customers in Ratchaburi and Kanchanaburi.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of key pulp and paper accounts, providing end-to-end sales, service, and technical support.
- Identify and capture new business opportunities through consultative and value-based selling.
- Conduct on-site visits to paper mills to troubleshoot, optimize chemical programs, and ensure effective application performance.
- Monitor product usage and operational data to deliver measurable improvements in process efficiency and product quality.
- Lead customer reviews and performance discussions with plant and procurement stakeholders.
- Partner with internal teams such as application engineering, marketing, and R&D to align on customer needs and ensure a high-quality service experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and innovation to strengthen Solenis’ value proposition.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales or technical sales experience in the pulp and paper industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on experience with product trials or process troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical solutions to both plant-level and senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Thai and English (written and verbal).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a field-based role.
- Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites across Baan Pong, Tha Sala, Ratchaburi, and Kanchanaburi areas.
