What You'll Do
Manage and expand a portfolio of customer accounts across the Dubuque, IA region, serving both rural and urban clients including farms, ranches, and small businesses. Spend your time in the field meeting with existing customers, delivering service, and identifying opportunities to introduce products that meet their evolving needs. Proactively seek referrals to grow your territory and strengthen client relationships through consistent, personalized outreach.
Take ownership of your region’s development by identifying new business opportunities while deepening connections within the existing customer base. Your role blends sales, service, and community engagement, supported by a schedule designed to fit your life.
Requirements
This position is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and thrives in a client-facing role. You should be comfortable working independently in a field-based position that involves regular travel throughout the assigned area. A flexible approach to scheduling is essential, as your time will be spent directly with customers rather than in an office. Prior experience in sales or service is valuable, but a strong desire to support clients and grow relationships matters most.
