Responsibilities
- Identify and engage key opinion leaders in academic and clinical research settings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Collaborate with field application scientists during customer demonstrations
- Support sales efforts through accurate forecasting and pipeline management
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned regional accounts
- Coordinate cross-functionally with technical support and marketing teams
- Present product capabilities to diverse customer audiences
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding technical specifications and applications
- Track and report on customer interactions and sales activities
- Attend scientific conferences and regional events to promote product awareness
- Assist in the development of localized sales strategies

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive landscape

- Facilitate instrument installations and post-sales follow-up
