Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within an assigned geographic area
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities and staffing decision-makers
- Conduct regular outreach and follow-up with potential and existing clients
- Present service offerings and tailor solutions to client needs
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape
- Support onboarding for newly acquired clients
- Participate in strategy discussions to improve sales processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales or account management
- History of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable using CRM software for tracking interactions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience in healthcare, staffing, or SaaS industries preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
