Acquisition.com is looking for a Temporary Talent Acquisition Partner to join us on a contract basis for the next 3 to 6 months. You will own full-cycle recruiting, collaborating closely with hiring managers to support our hiring needs and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
What You'll Do
- Partner in full-cycle recruitment for roles across multiple departments.
- Source, screen, and guide candidates through the process with a white-glove approach.
- Actively source candidates through direct outreach, referrals, and job boards.
- Deliver a thoughtful, timely, and values-aligned experience to every candidate.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication and alignment.
- Share insights and help drive values-aligned, data-informed hiring decisions.
- Maintain strong communication and transparency throughout the process.
- Maintain data accuracy in our Applicant Tracking System.
- Contribute to weekly reporting and hiring debriefs.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience owning full-cycle recruiting across various roles and teams.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with modern sourcing methods and ATS tools.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and the ability to adapt quickly.
- A passion for people, process, and delivering high-quality hiring outcomes.

Benefits & Compensation
- Contract rate: $33-$48 per hour, depending on years of experience.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid position open to candidates who are remote or based in Las Vegas, NV.
