Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree in related field, or graduation from high school and equivalent professional training related to the position.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Comfort using technology and inputting data, including working knowledge of WhatsApp, MS Office (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel), Microsoft Office 365, Google Drive Suite, Zoom, and Canva
- Ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks
- Highly motivated and self-starter
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to communicate politely and professionally with staff, volunteers, learners, external partners, as well as the public
- Good interpersonal skills
