About the Role
This position involves providing technical field support for animatronic equipment, including installation, maintenance, and repair at various locations. Technicians will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Install animatronic systems at client sites according to technical specifications
- Perform routine maintenance checks on mechanical and electronic components
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in animatronic figures and control systems
- Collaborate with site personnel to coordinate service schedules
- Document service activities and report findings after each visit
- Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and software-related issues
- Ensure all equipment meets safety and operational standards
- Respond to emergency service requests as needed
- Calibrate sensors and motion controls for optimal performance
- Follow manufacturer guidelines for repairs and part replacements
- Transport tools and equipment to various service locations
- Adhere to all regional and site-specific safety protocols
- Provide feedback to technical teams on recurring issues
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and service tools
- Support seasonal or event-based equipment deployments
- Work independently with minimal on-site supervision
- Communicate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
- Update service logs and submit reports in a timely manner
- Assist in the development of maintenance best practices
- Ensure compliance with equipment warranties and service agreements
Compensation
Hourly rate based on experience

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
