Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of multiple simultaneous SaaS implementation projects from initiation through final delivery and client sign-off.
- Establish project scope, goals, and deliverables by working closely with internal teams and external clients, ensuring alignment with approved budgets.
- Create comprehensive project plans, including schedules, milestones, and resource assignments.
- Orchestrate efforts across diverse functional groups such as developers, engineers, analysts, and consultants to meet project deadlines.
- Anticipate potential risks, dependencies, and obstacles, and implement timely mitigation strategies.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, escalation management, and executive-level reporting.
- Oversee several projects within the organization’s portfolio simultaneously, ensuring consistent delivery standards.
- Report on project progress, key performance indicators, and critical updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Maintain clear communication to align client expectations and build strong, collaborative relationships.
- Resolve conflicts and address challenges through proactive dialogue and structured problem-solving.
- Ensure all project phases follow established quality benchmarks, industry best practices, and compliance protocols.
- Collaborate with enterprise clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless, high-impact customer journey focused on rapid value realization and sustained product use.
