- Produce reports and dashboards to communicate project progress
Nice to Have
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification
- Experience in government or public sector projects
- Knowledge of service management frameworks like ITIL
- Background in digital transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and integration patterns
