HSO is hiring a Talent Pool – Program Manager

About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with senior leadership to maintain strategic alignment
  • Track and report key performance indicators and milestones
  • Manage stakeholder expectations across departments
  • Lead program reviews and status meetings
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality and compliance standards
  • Integrate feedback loops for program optimization
  • Oversee budget planning and financial tracking
  • Apply structured methodologies to program lifecycle management
  • Promote collaboration across geographically dispersed teams
  • Maintain documentation for program processes and decisions
  • Support onboarding and training for program team members
  • Evaluate program success against defined outcomes
