Responsibilities
- Lead planning, design, and execution of rail infrastructure initiatives
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with engineering, environmental, and construction specialists
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and technical standards
- Manage stakeholder communications and client expectations
- Prepare and review project documentation and reports
- Facilitate risk assessments and mitigation strategies
- Supervise contractor performance and deliverables
- Drive quality assurance and control processes
- Support procurement and tendering activities
- Lead project change management and scope adjustments
- Ensure alignment with sustainability and resilience goals
- Interface with public agencies and regulatory authorities
