The position supports legal talent acquisition by managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including identifying candidates, conducting initial assessments, and coordinating interviews to fulfill staffing needs efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Identify and attract qualified candidates for legal roles
- Manage candidate pipelines from application to hire
- Conduct initial screenings and evaluations
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders on candidate progress
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures
- Assist in developing job descriptions for open roles
- Source candidates through professional networks and platforms
- Provide feedback to applicants throughout the hiring process
- Support onboarding logistics for selected hires
- Track recruitment metrics and report on performance
- Build relationships with internal legal teams
- Participate in recruitment planning meetings
- Promote equitable and inclusive hiring practices
- Respond to candidate inquiries promptly
- Stay current on legal industry trends
- Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant
- Facilitate reference and background checks
- Collaborate with HR on employment offers
