Help residents in the Belfast area understand their TV licence responsibilities in a role that values clear communication and personal flexibility. You'll visit homes in designated postcodes where no licence is held, speak with residents about their options, and assist them in setting up manageable payment arrangements.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-person visits to properties across specified Belfast postcodes
- Explain licensing rules clearly and answer customer questions
- Set up and manage payment plans tailored to individual needs
- Accurately document all interactions and outcomes
- Attend court proceedings when necessary
- Work independently, starting and ending each day from home
What We’re Looking For
You should have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to explain information clearly. A full UK driving licence is essential, as is reliable mobility across the assigned area. You’ll need to be comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer needs.

Work Environment
This is a home-based role with regular local travel. You’ll follow a flexible shift pattern, with at least 12 of your weekly hours worked between 4pm and 9pm Monday to Friday, or at any time during weekends.
