Responsibilities
- Sell tenant insurance through cool/warm leads
- Conduct high volume outbound sales calls (90+ per day)
- Meet and ideally exceed QA pass rates
- Switch between various IT systems efficiently
- Maintain positive and resilient attitude throughout the day
Requirements
- Experience with high volume (90+ calls per day) outbound sales calls
- Must have a positive attitude and a resilient attitude
- Possess great organisational skills and time management
- Must be able to switch between various IT systems
- Pass a thorough referencing check via Experian
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2C (or B2B) closing within sales calls
- Experience in selling/upselling/cross selling or appointment setting
