The IMA Group is hiring a Telephonic Nurse Case Manager (CA Licensed, Remote – Must Reside Outside CA)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver tailored services for individuals affected by work-related injuries.
  • Work closely with physicians and claims adjusters to craft efficient and budget-friendly treatment strategies.
  • Foster and maintain robust relationships with our client base.
  • Act as an essential liaison connecting patients with their healthcare providers.

Requirements

  • Active California RN License (or compact licensure including California)
  • Must reside outside of California.
  • Associate of Science degree in Nursing (ASN) or higher-level nursing degree.
  • Proven clinical experience, ideally in ICU, ER, Trauma, Ortho, and/or Neurology.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Workers’ Compensation case management
  • Fluency in Spanish
