Learning Technologies Group (LTG) is hiring a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner for a fully remote, independent contractor position. In this role, you will provide vital support to Medicare and Medicaid members, focusing on comprehensive wellness visits and clinical documentation.
What You'll Do
- Conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits via telehealth
- Perform accurate risk adjustment documentation
- Handle HEDIS care gap closure activities
- Manage HCC and ICD-10/CPT II coding
What We're Looking For
- An active California Nurse Practitioner license
- 1+ year of experience in Family or Internal Medicine
- Direct experience working with Medicare and Medicaid populations
- Comfortable handling Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial insurance lines
- Must be actively enrolled with Medicare/Medicaid
