Lola Blankets is hiring a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner (FNP/AGNP) to provide evidence-based weight management care via telehealth. You will independently evaluate patients, determine medical necessity, and prescribe treatment under applicable laws. This role is ideal for NPs who value autonomy and flexibility within a structured, scalable telehealth model.
What You'll Do
- Conduct virtual patient evaluations via video and asynchronous review
- Review intake forms, medical histories, and laboratory results
- Prescribe and manage treatment plans in compliance with state regulations
- Provide follow-up care and clinical monitoring
- Document encounters accurately within the EMR
- Maintain adherence to telehealth, prescribing, and documentation standards
- Collaborate with care coordination teams to support patient success
What We're Looking For
- Active, unrestricted U.S. Nurse Practitioner license
- Board-certified as an FNP, AGNP, or equivalent
- Active licensure in 30+ U.S. states
- Prescriptive authority in all licensed states
- DEA registration where required
- Eligible to practice telemedicine in licensed states
Nice to Have
- Prior telehealth experience
- Experience in obesity medicine, metabolic care, or GLP-1–based treatment
- Strong clinical documentation and compliance awareness
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
