Babelgroup is hiring a Telecommunications Engineer to ensure the availability, stability, and correct operation of our telecommunications systems. You will join a team dedicated to enriching people through technology, participating in both operational activities and infrastructure improvement projects.

What You'll Do

Operate and monitor telecommunications systems to ensure their availability and performance.
Participate in the implementation and development of telecommunications solutions.
Execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on network infrastructure.
Design, create, and execute functional and non-functional test cases on hardware and configurations.
Verify technical characteristics such as performance, reliability, and security.
Define and refine service acceptance criteria and testing protocols.
Log and track identified defects or incidents.
Identify improvement opportunities in operational or testing-phase systems.
Collaborate with technical teams on the continuous improvement of infrastructure.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Telematics, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
Valid CISCO (CCNA in any specialization) or F5 (Certified Administrator) certification.
At least 6 months of experience in telecommunications infrastructure management.
Intermediate or higher knowledge of agile methodologies such as SCRUM or Kanban.
