Requirements
- Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in installation roles, or a comparable mix of training and fieldwork.
- Capable of installing, relocating, or removing telecommunications hardware and related infrastructure.
- Experienced in identifying, labeling, measuring, terminating, and routing cables used for power and data.
- Able to interpret and execute tasks based on written, verbal, or schematic instructions.
- Competent in using laptop computers and standard software applications; working knowledge of MS Office is beneficial.
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both spoken and written forms.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license, pass pre-employment background screening, and qualify for insurance coverage.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with AT&T Central Office installation standards and direct current power systems is a benefit.
