Responsibilities
- Join installation teams deployed at client sites nationwide.
- Operate company vehicles, hand and power tools, ladders, lifts, and diagnostic testing equipment.
- Demonstrate full mastery of Telco Standard TP76300 installation protocols and independently perform all duties expected of Installer Level 3 or 2 with precision and reliability.
- Execute complex equipment installations across diverse systems, including AC/DC power setups, low- and high-density fiber networks, interior plant structural components, and supervisory or alarm monitoring systems.
- Ensure all on-site storage, staging zones, and workspaces are kept clean, orderly, and compliant with operational standards.
- Possess thorough knowledge of company-wide administrative processes, safety protocols, documentation requirements, and operational policies.
- Interpret and apply technical documentation such as schematics, equipment specifications, and installation guides accurately on the job.
