TEECOM is seeking a BIM Specialist to join our Project Delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling processes and standards to support project execution.
What You'll Do
- Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows
- Create and manage 3D models and construction documents using BIM software
- Perform model coordination and clash detection across multiple disciplines
- Generate detailed drawings, schedules, and reports from BIM models
- Support project teams in the adoption and efficient use of BIM tools
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a dedicated BIM role within the AEC industry
- Expert-level proficiency with Revit and Navisworks
- Strong understanding of BIM standards, such as BIMForum LOD Specification
- Ability to manage complex models and data across large projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
