About the Role
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a positive work environment, and managing employee relations to support the organization's goals.

- Conduct HR-related research and analysis to inform decision-making.
- Manage HR-related projects and initiatives.
- Provide guidance on labor relations and employment law.
- Support the development and implementation of HR technology solutions.
- Manage HR-related data and metrics.
- Provide guidance on HR-related risk management.
- Support the development and implementation of HR-related policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance on HR-related compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Support the development and implementation of HR-related communication strategies.
- Provide guidance on HR-related talent management and succession planning.
- Support the development and implementation of HR-related employee development programs.
- Provide guidance on HR-related workforce planning and analytics.
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).
- Experience in a media or broadcasting industry.
