ServiceNow is looking for a Technology Consultant to join our Customer Outcomes team. In this senior role, you will be the functional and technical expert responsible for configuring the Logik application (Configure, Price, Quote) based on leading practices to achieve customer outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Participate in workshops with customers to assess current processes and establish future-state processes.
- Design and deliver Logik solutions with a technical architecture designed for long-term success, following ServiceNow technical standards.
- Provide oversight and unit testing of code developed by ServiceNow, partner, or customer employees.
- Advise customers on how to take advantage of the Logik Application capabilities to improve their business processes.
- Provide feedback to product development to improve the product based on experiences gained with customers.
What We're Looking For
- Experience implementing enterprise software, particularly in the front office.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- A proven track record of successfully driving complex issues through analysis and resolution.
- Experience working collaboratively.
