Responsibilities
- Engage in collaborative sessions with clients to evaluate existing workflows and define target-state operations.
- Develop and implement workflow-specific solutions using a scalable technical framework aligned with platform standards and industry best practices.
- Supervise and conduct unit testing of code produced by client or partner team members.
- Guide clients in leveraging platform features to optimize business operations and achieve digital transformation goals.
- Support clients in finalizing essential documentation, including technical sections of business requirement workbooks.
- Share field insights with product teams to influence platform enhancements and drive product evolution.
- Keep technical certifications and expertise current in specified workflow domains and technologies.
