What You'll Do
Manage the full medical billing cycle on a biweekly schedule, ensuring all entries are accurate and submitted promptly. You'll review billing data from healthcare providers, identify discrepancies, and correct errors to maintain clean claims processing.
Conduct follow-ups on client accounts, analyze rejected or unpaid claims, and take necessary steps to reissue documentation. You'll use leading medical billing software to streamline operations and maintain detailed records throughout the process.
Deliver consistent, professional communication with clients via phone and messaging platforms. Prepare regular reports to track performance and support internal oversight. Participate in ongoing training to stay current with billing standards and internal workflows.
Requirements
- College diploma in office administration, administrative technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Comfort using digital tools such as Gmail, Slack, Dropbox, Trello, and Intercom
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and remain focused during high-volume periods
- High level of accountability and organizational skills
- Fluent in both English and French (written, spoken, reading)
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with RAMQ medical billing processes is an asset.

Work Mode
This role operates in a hybrid format, with team members based in Quebec or Montreal. You’ll have the flexibility to work remotely according to operational needs, with a minimum of one day per week required in-office.
