As a Service Representative, you’ll play a vital role in guiding families through one of life’s most sensitive moments. From the initial point of contact, you’ll provide clear, empathetic support as they navigate end-of-life arrangements, ensuring every logistical detail is handled with care and accuracy.
What You'll Do
- Respond promptly and compassionately to calls, texts, and emails, offering clarity and reassurance during difficult times.
- Manage end-to-end case coordination, including arranging transportation, processing documentation, scheduling cremations, and confirming the return of ashes.
- Communicate effectively across internal teams and external partners to keep cases moving smoothly and avoid delays.
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and our internal case management system, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Anticipate potential obstacles and proactively address them to ensure seamless transitions between stages.
- Use tools like Aircall, Slack, and GSuite daily to collaborate efficiently in a fully remote environment.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, operations, or hospitality roles where emotional intelligence and operational precision were essential.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information calmly and clearly.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing attention to detail.
- A self-starter mindset—you take initiative, follow through, and raise concerns early.
