What You'll Do
Assist in allocating incoming orders and ensure accurate tracking across key markets in Peru and Bolivia. Generate regular reports to support regional performance analysis and strategic planning. Help develop primary and contingency plans for targeted business opportunities, and contribute to assessing available market potential by segment. Maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce CRM and support early-stage business development by working closely with factory-based technical experts.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Graduate of Electrical, Electronic, Energy, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum of two days per week available for in-person work in San Isidro, Lima, with the remainder remote
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with electrical systems in generation, transmission, and distribution
- Experience with SAP, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce platforms
- Prior exposure to sales or business development functions
