As an Inside Sales Representative for Global Accounts, you will play a key role in expanding market reach and deepening customer engagement. You'll manage both incoming and outgoing sales interactions, using sound judgment and structured sales techniques to identify needs, present solutions, and support purchasing decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with new and existing customers to understand requirements, provide product details, and deliver tailored solutions that enhance satisfaction and drive repeat business.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, ensuring accuracy in pricing, availability, and technical specifications throughout the sales cycle.
- Track and follow up on sales activities from initial contact through order fulfillment, maintaining alignment with customer expectations.
- Strengthen account relationships by staying informed about customer projects, timelines, and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including product specialists, supply chain, and field sales—to align strategies and deliver cohesive support.
- Communicate clearly on product updates, delivery schedules, and inventory needs to ensure smooth transactions.
Qualifications
Candidates should bring at least two years of relevant sales or customer-facing experience and hold a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with the products and services offered is essential, along with intermediate proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Excel for data analysis, and tools like QuoteFX, SupplierWin, PowerPoint, and WebEx.
Some travel may be required for customer visits or training sessions. The ideal candidate can identify and onboard new accounts, particularly those that are smaller or less complex, contributing to portfolio growth.
