You'll play a key role in keeping marketing systems running smoothly by managing account access, organizing campaign assets, and supporting cross-functional workflows. This position combines operational support with light creative production, ensuring teams have what they need when they need it.
What You'll Do
- Handle daily intake, assign tasks, and maintain marketing workflows
- Set up and manage Google accounts, including permissions and access controls
- Organize, store, and distribute campaign materials using shared drives
- Produce basic graphics and format assets using templates in Canva
- Facilitate handoffs between marketing, design, and operations teams
- Track project timelines, publishing schedules, and performance data
- Document processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience working remotely, preferably with US or UK-based organizations
- Comfort with collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana or similar
- Strong familiarity with Google Drive permissions and account setup
- Hands-on experience with Canva; exposure to Adobe Creative Cloud or Figma is a plus
- Background in marketing operations, administrative coordination, or creative support
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits and a systematic mindset
