Photon Group is hiring a Senior Technical Writer to own and scale documentation for our Agentic AI platform. This high-visibility role requires strong technical depth and an ownership mindset to document a complex SaaS product.

What You'll Do

Own end-to-end documentation for the platform.
Create and maintain API documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger), developer guides, integration guides, and release notes.
Document AI agent workflows, orchestration layers, configurations, and system architecture.
Translate complex AI/ML and system concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation.
Collaborate with Engineering, AI/ML, Product, and DevOps teams during release cycles.
Establish documentation standards, templates, and best practices.
Continuously improve documentation based on product updates and user feedback.

What We're Looking For

5–7 years of experience in technical writing within a SaaS or product company.
Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Technical Writer for AI/ML or AI platform-based products.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Experience documenting APIs and developer platforms.
Familiarity with JSON/YAML and ability to understand basic code (Python/JavaScript preferred).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
