What You'll Do
Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and support teams to produce precise, accessible documentation for APIs, platform features, and integrations. You'll play a key role in shaping how users interact with our technology by designing content that simplifies complex systems.
Develop and execute long-term strategies to organize documentation, making it intuitive to navigate and simple to find. You'll define best practices for writing and structure across internal and external materials, ensuring consistency and usability across all technical content.
Regularly audit existing documentation to verify technical accuracy and clarity. Identify gaps and inefficiencies in both content and workflows, then lead improvements that enhance the quality and maintainability of our documentation ecosystem.
Requirements
- Proven experience writing technical documentation for developer audiences, including APIs and software platforms
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance
- Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams to deliver documentation alongside product development
- Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and consistency in all content
