Responsibilities
- Conduct candidate technical vetting.
- Reviewing AI generated Assessments for specific positions.
- Review & Grade candidate assessment submissions.
- Conduct technical Interviews with candidates who pass the assessment.
- Provide summaries (write-ups) of the candidate that can be submitted to the Customer.
- Provide feedback to the Head of Technical Vetting on our technical vetting rigour and process.
- Collaborate with the product team to improve platform tools and insights for tech vetting.
- Document and maintain guidelines for assessments, scoring, and summaries.
Requirements
- Technical assessment ability: Strong judgment in evaluating assignment submissions and conducting technical interviews across multiple tech stacks.
- Attention to detail: Accurate, high-quality assessments and summaries. Identifies subtle signals in technical skills (eg: code, process flow, automation) and communication.
- Interviewing skills: Can run structured technical interviews that assess both hard skills and problem-solving approaches.
- 5+ years as a senior tech professional, we're on the look out for: Senior Software Engineers, Leads or Managers with experience in C++, and/or, C#/.NET, and/or MERN stack, and/or Golang
- Senior Data Engineers (or Leads, Managers)
- Senior Data Scientists, Data Analysts (or Leads, Managers)
- Senior DevOps / Platform Engineers (or Leads, Managers)
- Extensive experience conducting technical interviews and reviewing assessments.
- Demonstrated ability to identify high-quality candidates.
