Responsibilities
- Designs and delivers engaging instructional content for virtual and in-person learning environments
- Develops and shares training materials, schedules, and agendas aligned with organizational goals
- Evaluates training program effectiveness by gathering input and iterating on content
- Performs audio and equipment checks prior to on-site training sessions
- Stays current on technical systems through collaboration with engineering teams
- Travels frequently, with over 90% of time spent on the road
