Osapiens is hiring a Technical Team Lead to play a key role in shaping the future of our Business Partner Transparency (BPT) platform within the osapiens HUB. You will combine technical expertise with leadership, guiding a team of 5-7 engineers to build scalable, high-impact solutions for ESG compliance. You will work closely with product managers to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

Lead by example by writing high-quality, scalable code while mentoring and reviewing contributions from team members.
Shape technical direction by defining best practices and making architectural decisions for high-performance development.
Drive agile development by facilitating stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure efficient workflows.
Collaborate with product teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Foster team growth by mentoring engineers, providing guidance, and creating opportunities for professional development.
Stay ahead of industry trends by researching and introducing new technologies that improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.

What We're Looking For

Proven leadership experience as a Team Lead, Tech Lead, or Senior Engineer, with a strong focus on mentoring and guiding team members.
Expertise in developing scalable applications with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
Deep understanding of agile development and a track record of thriving in fast-paced, iterative environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills for breaking down complex business requirements into simple, effective technical solutions.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive alignment and clarity.
A servant leadership mindset focused on empowering and enabling your team to excel.
Excellent communication skills in English (C1).

Nice to Have

German language skills (B1+).
