Aircall is looking for a Technical Support Specialist specializing in API and Webhooks support to provide advanced technical assistance and troubleshooting for our integration ecosystem. You will be a key resource for resolving complex technical issues for our customers and partners.
What You'll Do
- Provide expert-level technical support for API and webhook integrations
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues related to data flow and system connectivity
- Create clear documentation and knowledge base articles for common integration patterns and troubleshooting steps
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve deep technical bugs
- Analyze API logs and webhook payloads to identify the root cause of issues
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience providing technical support for REST APIs and webhook-based systems
- Strong ability to read and understand API documentation, error codes, and JSON payloads
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to debugging
- Clear and effective communication skills for explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

This is a fully remote position open to candidates based anywhere in the United States.
