Beyond Finance is looking to add a Success Coach (Mental Health Coach) to our growing team. This position starts as a 6-month contract with potential to convert to a full-time, permanent role. You will provide compassionate, individualized support to our remote sales representatives, helping them navigate personal and work-related challenges.
What You'll Do
- Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions and observations with inside sales agents
- Collect and analyze data from sessions to identify trends and create structured, planned interventions
- Maintain a strong understanding of best practices for mental health care in a corporate setting
- Partner with business stakeholders to provide feedback on the program and implement strategies
- Prepare and present reports and presentations on program impact
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related field
- Excellent understanding of psychology and modern therapy techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to empathize and connect with others
- Experience using software systems such as TherapyNotes and ShareNotes
- Willingness to work weekends and nights as dictated by scheduling needs

- Master’s degree
- Previous experience providing mental health services in a corporate setting

- Compensation range: $70,000 - $80,000 USD
