Torq seeks a Technical Support Engineer based in Costa Rica, reporting to the Sr. Director of Field Engineering. You will be central to the Field Engineering team, collaborating with technical peers across all time zones to solve complex customer problems and ensure their success with Torq's security automation platform.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers to ensure their success in their automation journey using the Torq solution.
- Support customers with their technical needs and queries.
- Represent Torq at events and conferences.
- Influence the features and roadmap of the Torq solution based on customer needs.
- Keep current with the latest technology trends related to Security and Security Automation.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a technical support or equivalent position.
- Proven experience in security, automation, scripting, and API knowledge.
- Ability to deliver a high-quality support and training experience.
- Excellent English proficiency is required.
- Customer service oriented with a 'can do' attitude and an uncompromising will to learn.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in operations, cloud service environments, or professional services.
