Karat is hiring an Interview Engineer in Peru to facilitate technical interviews with software developers globally. This role focuses on creating inclusive hiring processes by mitigating bias, improving hiring signals, and completing objective evaluations.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate technical interviews through Karat's platform.
- Create an enjoyable candidate experience while evaluating fundamental coding skills and technical knowledge.
- Provide input on candidate performance, coding style, communication skills, knowledge question answers, and coding approach.
- Collaborate with Karat to test content, processes, and products.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral, with a high level of professionalism and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable access to a working webcam, microphone, and a stable Internet connection.
Nice to Have
- Experience conducting technical interviews, for example on data structures and algorithms.
Work Mode
This position operates in a local-country work mode and is open to candidates located in Peru.
