About the Role

This role involves providing hands-on technical support to customers, diagnosing issues, and guiding clients through integration and resolution processes. The engineer will work across time zones and use technical expertise to maintain service performance and customer trust.

Responsibilities

  • Validate fixes before closing support tickets
  • Coordinate with customer success managers
