What You'll Do
As a Technical Success Manager for the Nordics, you'll work remotely to support large architecture, engineering, construction, and operations (AECO) organizations across EMEA. Your primary focus will be advancing digital transformation by leveraging Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) to meet complex business and technical needs.
You'll build trusted advisor relationships by deeply understanding customer workflows and identifying opportunities for improvement. Through technical analysis, demonstrations, and process design, you'll help organizations adopt ACC effectively and realize measurable value. You’ll also collaborate with Customer Success Managers to execute on customer success plans, ensuring deliverables are met and outcomes documented.
Stay current with industry trends, technology developments, and construction challenges to provide informed guidance. You’ll act as a subject matter expert on ACC and Forma, confidently addressing limitations and pushing customers beyond their current practices. Share insights, competitive intelligence, and success stories with internal teams to strengthen collective knowledge.
Use public forums and social platforms to build credibility and promote best practices, enhancing both personal and organizational influence. Additionally, contribute to product development by identifying customer-driven opportunities and helping shape future roadmap priorities.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years’ experience in the AEC or AEC technology sector
- Proven track record in managing technology change initiatives, including implementation and workflow transformation
- Ability to analyze platform data and create actionable dashboards
- Demonstrated passion for advancing the construction industry through innovation
- Willingness to travel for onsite customer visits and office engagements, despite remote work setup
