Responsibilities
- Act independently as a strategic talent partner for high-complexity hiring initiatives across the division.
- Design and refine sourcing strategies using outreach methods, technology tools, and automation to enhance candidate tracking and data collection workflows.
- Partner closely with recruiting teams, hiring leads, and executives to define sourcing approaches, refine workflows, and execute critical hiring efforts.
- Support workforce planning through recurring strategic check-ins and business performance assessments.
- Serve as a technical recruiting specialist, leveraging platforms such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and email to identify passive talent and conduct early-stage screenings, aligning outreach with hiring expectations to improve conversion rates.
- Create talent landscapes and apply industry insights to adjust sourcing tactics based on competitor activity and market shifts.
- Promote the organization’s mission and culture to internal and external stakeholders, using available materials to communicate key employer strengths.
- Champion improvements in sourcing methodology, maintaining a high standard of candidate engagement and operational effectiveness on time-sensitive initiatives.
