HockeyStack is looking for a Technical Sourcer to be the driving force behind building the team that's redefining how AI empowers B2B revenue organizations. You will own the top of the recruiting funnel and build a network of exceptional talent across engineering and product disciplines.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage robust pipelines of top technical talent across engineering and product roles.
- Partner with the Technical Leadership team to ensure consistent internal and external messaging.
- Design and execute creative sourcing strategies for both high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels to identify exceptional candidates.
- Develop outreach that authentically represents HockeyStack’s mission and technical challenges.
- Track sourcing metrics and continuously optimize processes for speed and quality.
What We're Looking For
- Strong technical fluency; you’ve either worked in a technical role yourself or can confidently assess technical talent.
- Experience recruiting for roles like software engineers, product managers, and data scientists.
- Creativity for candidate outreach campaigns and ability to write personalized messages.
- Deep interest in AI, technology, and building early-stage teams.
- Ability to frequently switch contexts while staying on track for goals and deadlines.
- Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $120,000–$180,000 USD
